Description
Intermittent catheterization is a safe and effective method of completely emptying the bladder if you are unable to do so otherwise. The purpose of intermittent catheterization is to improve or eliminate urinary incontinence as well as to control bladder and kidney infections. The catheter is made from silicone and can withstand a short period in boiling water. The storage tube is made from PE (Polyethylene) and should not be boiled as high temperature will deform the tube and may cause leakage.
