PROMOGRAN COLLAGEN DRESSING OCR / COLLAGEN DRESSING 123CM² Promogran® Prisma Protease Modulating Dressings is a sterile, freeze-dried composite of oxidised regenerated cellulose (ORC), collagen and silver ORC (a compound of silver and ORC). Upon contact with exudate it forms a biodegradable gel and inactivates harmful proteases and the siver protects against infection.Suitable for use on exuding wounds and can be used under compression therapy.
