Visiting and contacting Medisa

Can I visit the Medisa warehouse and showroom?

Yes. Walk-in visits are welcome during our office and showroom opening hours at Unit 6, 3 Packard Ave, Castle Hill NSW 2154.

Do I need an appointment before visiting?

No appointment is required. For a specific product, contacting us before travelling can help confirm current availability.

Can I collect my online order?

Yes. Please wait until Medisa emails you to confirm that your order is ready before arriving for collection.

When can I contact or visit Medisa?

Our office and showroom are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
