Warehouse Pickup
- Pickup is available by arrangement for eligible suburbs around Castle Hill, NSW 2154.
- Select Pickup at checkout where available.
- Wait for the Ready for Pickup notification before attending.
- Collect within three weeks of the notification.
- Uncollected orders may be cancelled without refund.
Cancellation Policy
- Request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order or sending the purchase order.
- The order must not have been fulfilled.
- The product must be a standard stock item and not specially ordered.
- No cancellation is accepted for C+K Skin Analysis products.

Return Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be new, unopened, unused and in original condition.
- Returns are accepted at the discretion of Medisa Pty Ltd.
- PPE cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Special, non-stock, customer-specific and custom products are non-returnable.
A 15% restocking fee or minimum $35 charge, whichever is greater, applies to eligible change-of-mind or customer-error returns.
Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Goods
- Claims must be made within 2 working days of receipt.
- Provide photos or videos of the package and received items.
- Shipping, lost-item and related delivery enquiries must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date.
- Medisa follows Australia Post and other courier terms and conditions for parcel delivery.

Return Fees & Address
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- If the retained order falls below $200, a $15 shipping fee is deducted from the refund.
- A 20% restocking fee plus shipping may apply to approved unused and unopened equipment returns.
- The buyer assumes the transit risk for return parcels.
- Tracked and fully insured shipping is strongly recommended.
