Agency Managed / NDIA Managed
Create or log in to your Medisa account, add the required products to cart and choose “NDIS Participants Only” at checkout. Our team will contact you for any additional information and process the order through the applicable NDIS payment pathway.
Agency Managed stepsPlan Managed
Add products to cart and choose “NDIS Participants Only” at checkout. Include your Plan Manager’s payment email in the order comments so our team can send the invoice and proceed after payment or approval.
Plan Managed stepsSelf Managed
Place and pay for your order through the Medisa online store. You can then use the invoice and order documentation to make your own reimbursement claim through the NDIS.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides eligible Australians with individual funding for disability-related supports. A participant’s NDIS plan is based on their circumstances, goals and approved support needs.
Depending on how the plan is managed, participants may purchase approved supports directly, work through a Plan Manager, or have relevant payments managed through the NDIA.
Medisa supplies medical products and consumables and supports participants and authorised representatives with ordering, quotations, invoicing and repeat supply arrangements.
What can the NDIS fund?
NDIS funding may cover reasonable and necessary supports connected to a participant’s disability and approved plan goals. Funding decisions and eligible items depend on the individual plan.
