Pick Up (Only by Arrangement):

Pick up option is available for suburbs around our warehouse (Castle Hill, NSW 2154) at the moment.

To arrange a pick up, you can place your order and at the check-out section, you will see a "Pick Up" option if your suburb is around Castle Hill, NSW 2154. Once you place your order, wait for our team to contact you and advise when your order is ready for pickup

Once you receive an email/ notification to come & pick up your order from Our warehouse, please ensure you pick it up within 3 weeks, otherwise your order will be cancelled with no refund.

For any Cancellation Request after you receive an email/ notification to come & pick up your order, it can't be cancelled if the item is within our special items or non-stocking range, otherwise there will be 20% restocking fee to be deducted.

 

Shipping Policy:

We can ship to any addresses in Australia and we mainly use Australia Post services. In some cases, we may use other couriers as well. We usually ship orders within 1-3 business days. Sometimes due to experiencing high volume of orders, the processing time may take up longer.

- Any enquiries related to shipping, lost items,... should be reported in 30 days of shipping date.

- We follow all Aus post and other courier terms and condition for delivery parcels.

 

Cancellation Policy:

If you change your mind about the product you purchased or Purchase Orders, and you would like to cancel the order, Medisa will only accept cancellation if:

- Within 24 hours after placing order/ sending purchase orders

-The order is not fullfilled yet, and The product is a standard stock item and has not been specially ordered by Medisa for your order

* There is no cancellation will be accepted for orders placed for C+K Skin Analyse products.

Return Policy:

Due to hygiene reasons NO RETURN can be accepted for PPE items.

Some Goods (except non-returnable items) can be accepted for credit or replacement at the discretion of Medisa Pty Ltd.

Requests for returns and credits must be made within 7 days of delivery. Shipping fees that Medisa paid to ship the order (including orders with free shipping) and a restocking fee of 15% of order value or $35.00, whichever amount is greater will apply to all returns. The item must be new, unopened, unused. Special products, non-stock orders, products sourced specifically for a customer, and custom products are non-returnable (e.g. Equipment, Cliny Catheters, ...). Please check with us first to ensure you can rerutn the item or not.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery, must be made within 2 working days of receipt of goods and photos/ videos of the packages and items received must be provided.

Goods returned due to orders places incorrectly will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, with a minimum of $35.00. Shipping charges on these orders will not be credited. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.

Medisa will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

For equipment (like C+K products), no change of mind return will be accepted.
If we agree to return the unused & unopened equipment, the restocking fee of 20% will be deducted plus the shipping cost.
