Freka Pexact II FR15 ENFit Initial Placement Gastrostomy Kit is a complete gastrostomy placement system designed for direct puncture gastrostomy using gastropexy. It is intended for long-term intragastric feeding and gastric decompression, particularly when conventional PEG placement using the pull technique is not suitable.

The kit includes a latex-free silicone FR15 balloon gastrostomy tube with an ENFit connector, gastropexy device with suturing material, a CH16 trocar with peel-away sheath, scalpel, 5 mL Luer syringe and preparation materials. The balloon tube has a shaft length of 23 ± 1 cm and an external diameter of 5 mm.
