The Freka® Endolumina ENFit is a single-lumen nasojejunal feeding tube designed for intestinal enteral feeding. It is made from tissue-compatible polyurethane and is designed for endoscopic placement through the working channel of an endoscope with a minimum diameter of 2.8 mm.

The tube has a total length of 270 cm and can be cut to the required length after placement, allowing the tube length to be individually adapted to the patient's requirements. The CH/FR 8 intestinal tube has an external diameter of 2.6 mm and an internal diameter of 1.8 mm.

The Freka® Endolumina features a radiopaque tube along its entire length, with barium sulphate incorporated into the polyurethane to support radiological visibility. The rounded distal tip has a terminal opening and four lateral outlet openings to support reliable enteral feeding.

The tube includes an ENFit™ connector with an integral cap and interval markings every 1 cm to assist with positioning. The set also includes a blue re-routing catheter to facilitate routing from the mouth to the nose following placement.

The Freka® Endolumina is supplied with accessories for lubrication, connection and tube fixation. It is intended for intestinal feeding and can remain in position for up to 4 weeks when the tube and nasal area are appropriately cared for.
