Ensure Plus (Chocolate Flavour)

This product was recommended to me by one of the health professionals who monitors my health conditions. I found ensure plus to be a very nice supplement for my body to stay healthy. I gained a few kilos and a lot of energy since started drinking this product. I have not tried the other flavours though.

The bottle version so is much better than the tetrapak. Love the banana flavour! 🍌🙂

Expensive and Hard to Get but Can be Gotten

Very hard to get Ensure Plus. In hospital we were receiving tetra packs. The tetra pack packaging has now been replaced as a plastic bottle. The product is too expensive. You need to shop around. Medisa had the best price at the time thus I ordered from them. However they don't actually have the product in stock. You have to place your order, pay for it and then they have to get it in. It's not an excessively long wait so that it's not worth putting in an order. At least in my particular circumstance I didn't have to wait longer than I was prepared to. What do you do ? If you need the product you need the product. You haven't got too many luxuries when you have "malnutritioned" people to take care of. Give the unfortunate circumstances stated, I think this here is a good source.

It really helps when I have no appetite for solid food. Ensure Plus flavour is pleasant. Currently taking 2 packets daily.
