Peristeen Plus is an effective alternative to other bowel management methods. The application is carried out independently or with the help of others. You decide for yourself when and where you want to empty your intestines. Used regularly, either daily or every other day, it reduces physical discomfort and the worries that come with fecal incontinence and constipation.

The balloon catheter helps create a seal in the rectum to keep water in the bowel and comes in two sizes: Regular and Small. After the recommended amount of water has been flushed into the bowel, the water and stool are flushed into the toilet.

Peristeen Plus can be used by a wide range of sufferers, from children to adults. However, before using the product, the patient must receive detailed guidance from a healthcare professional.

The Peristeen Plus System with Balloon Catheter Regular contains everything you need for bowel irrigation:

• 2 balloon catheters (can be supplied independently of the system)
• 1 water bag (incl. screw cap and temperature gauge)
• 2 fastening straps (1 pack)
• 1 hose
• 1 wash bag*

*Peristeen Plus is also available as a refill pack without a toiletry bag. In this way, the number of toiletry bags can be reduced to relieve the environment.
