Easy to use; the sleve over the catheter works well to keep the catheter sterile; the water pouch is easily hoken to hydate the hydtophilic coating on the catheter by folding in half and sweezing; the selfadhive patch on the back of the packet sticks nicely to the bathroom bench. Am happy with them

4 of the catheter had no lube in the tube redndering them unusable

I find this product is the best solution for the situation.

The only issue I have is that it takes a long time from when ordering to when I receive my order at least 2 weeks before I receive goods

I have been using the above item for 1 year and found only one box where I could not seperate easily to open before using.
I wish to mention from the day I order it takes approximately 2 weeks plus to receive.You were good enough to send my next order via express at no cost to me for postage, as the lot previously never arrived to an eastern suburbs Post Office previously.Ater all the items only need to be taken off the shelf packed into a box and sent out for dispatch please find out where the hold up is taking place.
