Second time, I've purchased this dressing, great value for money.

Love the dressings, stock up all my first aid kits, replace band aids etc

Good waterproof, lightweight dressing, adheres well and stayed intact for 2 day, probably more if needed.

Item is fine. Service is fine. However, it's a major nightmare to get a tax invoice to claim against home care packages (not NDIS). First I have to select one option from the payment area. Then I have to wait for an email from you to request payment. Then I have to take a screenshot to show you I have paid and then I have to email it back to you. Only then do you send me a tax invoice!!! So complicated - when a person needs a tax invoice for whatever reason, it should just be automatically generated and attached in the 'congratulations you've ordered from Medisa' email. It would be so much easier than this complicated, time wasting system you have. I am trying to find somewhere else to buy this product as I have to have a tax invoice to claim it from the home care package payment system and your way of providing it is truly antiquated and inefficient.
