During lockdown in Sydney: Send a message to Elias: 0435538188 for arranging a time for pick up. Wearing face mask and having both dosage of COVID vaccine is a condition for pick up.
Normal days: Please choose "Pick Up" option on shipping and add a message on "Check out". You will receive an email or a message with exact details for pick up.
We will try our best to set a pick up time ASAP after receiving any order but for some orders it may be delayed due to restocking process.

There is $9.95 flat shipping rate (for any quantity) and there is free shipping for orders over $150. We can ship to any address in Australia and we mainly use Australia Post services. In some cases, we may use other couriers as well. We usually ship orders within 2-3 business days but due to the significant increase in orders and the current COVID-19 outbreak, we have been experiencing extensive stocking issues throughout the health goods range which is causing delays at this time. The processing time is up to 15 business days.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Due to hygiene reason NO RETURN can be accepted for PPE items.
Requests for returns and credits must be made within 7 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 15% of order value or $35.00, whichever amount is greater will apply to all returns. The item must be new, unopened, unused. Special non-stock orders and custom products are non-returnable.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery, must be made within 2 working days of receipt of goods.
Goods returned due to orders places incorrectly will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, with a minimum of $35.00. Shipping charges on these orders will not be credited. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.
Medisa will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
