This four layer dressing is capable of absorbing and channeling exudate and allowing for progress tracking without harming the wound. It also reduces the pain and trauma of dressing changes and the risk of maceration. Mepilex Border Flex Lite Dressing is used for managing non-to-moderately exuding wounds such as leg and foot ulcers, pressure injuries, surgical and traumatic wounds including abrasions, blisters and skin tears, and for the protection of compromised and fragile skin.
