Askina Dressil is a silicone foam dressing without border, combines the superior absorption of foam and the gentle adhesion of silicone. It absorbs exudate through silicone performations from the wound and provides a moist wound healing environment to promote wound healing. The silicone wound contact layer reduces pain and trauma during the dressing changes and enhances patients comfort. The waterproof outer layer protects the wound from dirt and bacteria.
