3M™ Kerralite Cool™ Border Dressings comprise a polyurethane outer film, a Pro-ionic™5 gel sheet and a gentle adhesive border. The dressings are designed to actively respond to wound conditions by donating or absorbing fluid. This interaction with the wound bed regulates moisture levels and stimulates autolytic and osmotic debridement creating an optimal environment for wound healing.
