Usage:

DIRECTIONS FOR ORAL USE

Stir one scoop (enclosed) of powder into at least 4 fl oz of a beverage or prepared soft food until dissolved.

DIRECTIONS FOR TUBE FEEDING USE 

Add one scoop of powder into 2-4 fl oz (60-120 mL) of water. Stir until dissolved. Administer by syringe through feeding tube. Flush afterwards with a minimum of 1-2 fl oz (30-60 mL) water.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place.
