SenSura Mio Concave is a one-piece drainable ostomy pouch with a specially shaped, star-like baseplate designed to conform to bulges, hernias, or uneven abdominal curves — so it hugs the body securely and comfortably.

The “concave” flange wraps around outward or curved areas so the pouch lays flat without creasing or folding, improving seal and reducing leaks.

It uses an elastic adhesive and flexible body-contouring fit zones that move with your body, helping keep the seal intact during daily activities.

Inside the baseplate is a stability ring that supports the stoma opening and helps ensure a consistent fit around the stoma.

The pouch includes a full-circle pre-filter that helps reduce gas ballooning (air build-up), which improves comfort and discretion — e.g. fewer bulges under clothing or at night.
