The product itself is fine. I was buying more of a product that I was already using.
However the whole postage thing was quite stressful.
The product was designated as needing a signature and there was no way to change this.
I am wheelchair bound and thus would have to standby all day to receive the product and
often I cannot make it to the front door in time. This also assumes that the tracking delivery time is accurate.
The tracking was inaccurate by 4 days and I was out of the house for only 2 hours in the week and
that's when it was delivered. It took me another week before I could get someone to take me to the post office.
The post office refused to repost it.
Surely the purchaser should have the option to change the order to say leave it at the front door if they are prepared to take that risk!
