UrgoStart Contact is a flexible contact layer with TLC-NOSF comprised of a conformable polyester mesh impregnated with hydrocolloid (Technology Lipido-Colloid) and NOSF particles (Nano-Oligo Saccharide Factor). REDUCES WOUND HEALING TIME WHILE GENERATING SAVINGS- Reduces wound healing time and avoids wounds becoming longstanding - Is cost-effective- Improves patients quality of life Indications: UrgoStart is indicated in the treatment of non-infected chronic or recurring wounds with a moderate to heavy level of exudates (ie. leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers). UrgoStart can be left in place for up to 7 days depending on the level of exudates and the clinical condition of the wound.
